about the comic
A knight, returning from the crusades, is confronted by the haunting specter of Death. The knight offers to teach Death a game, the most famous and complex collectable trading card game ever invented, created by the most acclaimed game designer of any era, published by the best toy company with the most intellectual properties, and loved by adults and children alike: Mourn the Game. This parody of The Seventh Seal removes the protagonist’s sensitivity to death. Plague takes the lives of everyone around him while he talks and thinks of trading cards. He gives no thought to death, love, or other people. He reveres only collectibles.
